For expansion and strategic reasons, the School of Economics and Social Sciences was restructured in April 2007 into two schools namely, the School of Economics and the School of Social Sciences. The restructuring allows both schools, which have been rapidly growing in student enrolment and faculty numbers, to have greater focus on their individual strengths and develop distinctive curriculums at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. |
